美国感恩节后的第一个星期五被称为 “黑色星期五”,是美国传统的促销节。受疫情影响,往年美国人在“黑五”期间疯狂抢购的场景今年没有出现。据统计,今年美国实体零售店到店客流量同比降幅达48%。不过,“黑五”当天,美国在线消费额同比激增21.6%,达90亿美元,创历史最高水平。

美国沃尔玛公司等零售商今年革新了促销方式,安排员工疏导客流,给顾客量体温,在购物流程方面,尽量让顾客减少挑选环节。

亚马逊等在线平台则赚的盆满钵满,以至于有分析师称,亚马逊最大的挑战,在于其配送能力能否经受住订单量陡增的考验。

此外,亚马逊也没有忘记中国大市场。早在11月17日,亚马逊就在杭州发布了今年“黑五”海外购物节的相关细节,超过3000万款海外产品被摆上线上货架,通过跨境电商的方式送到中国消费者手中。

据外媒报道,Adobe Analytics数据显示,“黑五”的在线销售额今年有望创下历史新高。

Online sales on Black Friday are on track to reach a record high this year, according to preliminary data from Adobe Analytics.

截至上周五晚间,网上销售额达89亿美元至96亿美元,较去年增长20%至29%,具体数字取决于深夜购物者数量。

As of late Friday, online sales were on pace to amount to between $8.9 billion and $9.6 billion, an increase of between 20% and 29% from last year, depending on how many shoppers make purchases late into the night.

截至美东时间周五下午4点,近42%的销售额来自智能手机,同比增长7%。

Nearly 42% of sales came from smartphones as of 4 p.m. ET, a 7% increase over last year.

根据Adobe的数据,随着“黑五”网购激增,美国消费者在假日当天销售额达每分钟至少620万美元。

With the surge in Black Friday online shopping, U.S. consumers will have spent at least $6.2 million per minute on the day of holiday sales, according to Adobe.

Adobe预计,“网络星期一”将成为史上在线销售规模最大的日子,在线销售总额达112亿美元到130亿美元之间,同比增长19%至38%。

Adobe anticipates that Cyber Monday will become the largest online sales day in history, totaling between $11.2 billion and $13 billion in online sales — a 19% to 38% year over year increase.

据外媒报道,Zoom将在今天公布业绩,预计该公司销售增幅将连续第二个季度超过300%。

Zoom is poised to show another monster quarter when it reports results on Monday, with sales growth expected to top 300% for a second straight period.

路孚特调查分析师预计,截至10月的第三季度,Zoom的收入将增长317%,至6.94亿美元。

For the third quarter, which ended in October, Zoom is expected to show revenue growth of 317% to $694 million, according to analysts polled by Refinitiv.

报道称,当人们开始恢复办公后Zoom的业务将发生什么变化尚不清楚,但该公司的股票已因疫苗利好消息而被廉价出售。

It’s not clear what happens to Zoom’s business when people start returning to the office, but the company’s stock has sold off on positive vaccine news.

在截至明年1月的当前季度,Zoom的增长预计将保持在288%左右,下一季度预计将为116%。之后,根据分析师的预计,增长将开始急剧放缓。

In the current quarter, which ends in January, Zoom’s growth is projected to stay at a robust 288%, followed by 116% in the next period. Then things start to slow dramatically — into the teens — based on analyst estimates.

沃尔沃金融服务调整亚太地区组织架构

Volvo Financial Services Realigns Asia Pacific Organization


沃尔沃金融服务近日宣布调整其亚太地区组织架构,此次组织架构调整将进一步为沃尔沃集团的品牌业务单元提供支持,并优化决策速度,为沃尔沃客户提供更高水平的整体服务。

Volvo Financial Services (VFS)announced on recent a reorganization of its Asia Pacific regional organization to provide increased support to the Volvo Group brand organizations, faster decision making and deliver an overall higher level of service to customers.

自2021年1月1日起,当前的沃尔沃金融服务亚太区将调整为沃尔沃金融服务国际区,并纳入南非和土耳其市场。

Effective January 1, 2021, VFS’ current Asia Pacific (APAC) region will transition to VFS International and add markets in South Africa and Turkey. 

除新增市场外,沃尔沃金融服务国际负责的市场还包括中国、日本、澳大利亚、印度、韩国以及东南亚联盟市场。

In addition to the newly added markets, the region includes China, Japan, Australia, India, South Korea and South-East Asia Alliance markets.

沃尔沃金融服务国际区的架构调整是沃尔沃金融服务整体改组工作的一部分。沃尔沃金融服务当前的欧洲区组织架构也已经调整为三个新的区域。

The realignment of VFS International is part of a larger VFS reorganization effort. VFS’ current European regional organization has transitioned to include three new regions.
